Cradel, Vaughany’s cool craze
Cradel, it’s a combination of padel & cricket – and our favourite April Fool this year!
Cricket ace (and former England captain) Michael Vaughan, a regular at The Padel Club in Willmslow, turned in a performance (almost) worthy of an Oscar when he launched cradel on April 1st. We don’t know how kept a straight face announcing: “Padel’s good, cradle’s even better. Obviously cricket is the greatest game in the world, padel’s a decent game but it is so much better when using a bat.”
And he gets it off the back wall. Respect!
